A few things you ought to know about your order

Delivery
Delivery is free within a 25 mile radius of the store on orders over £350. Please check that what you’ve ordered will fit through any passageways, doorways, stairwells on the way to the room it’s intended for. If windows or doors need to be removed or the goods taken over a balcony we can arrange this for you but costs must be agreed in advance. We will dispose of your old furniture for £25 on a like for like basis but please let us know prior to delivery so the van can be loaded correctly.
If your goods are not self assembly (this will be marked on your order) we will remove all packaging and place the goods in situ.

Delivery Times
All delivery times are given in good faith and will be written on your order. Delivery times may change; if they do we will notify you. However we cannot accept any liability for consequential loss if delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

Sizes
All sizes given are approximate and are subject to normal tolerances.

Order Amendments
If you wish to change your order please do it as soon as possible. Once goods have been put into production suppliers may insist we accept them and so we may have to charge you a cancellation fee to cover our costs. If goods are ordered at different times we cannot guarantee a colour match.

Storage
We will be happy to store your goods free of charge for one month after delivery to our warehouse providing the goods are paid for in full. We will store your goods after this time but storage will be chargeable.

Payment
A deposit is required to secure your order. We will contact you as soon as your order is to hand and advise you on delivery when the balance is due. You can pay your balance by cash, cheque, credit card, or debit card before, or if you wish to inspect your order, on delivery.
If you are on a finance scheme we will notify the finance company once delivery is made so payments can begin the following month.

Your Guarantee
We guarantee goods purchased from us to be free of defects. If any defect in manufacture or materials used (other than those resulting from normal wear and tear which will vary from household to household and for which we cannot be responsible) are notified to us in the first year after your purchase, we will free of charge to you , make good the defects or if we so decide, replace the defective goods.
This guarantee is in addition to suppliers’ guarantees, and also in addition to, and not detracting from, the rights which you have in law.
